We received a phone call from a client who was at work out of town. His daughter had slipped in the mud at school, and he wanted to get clean clothes delivered to her. We were able to Facetime him from inside his home and he instructed us on what clothes to bring to her so she wasn’t wet with mud all day!

GROCERY SHOPPING

A local business owner with a family of 5 had us do their weekly grocery shop! We shopped and made their purchases, putting their groceries away in the fridge and pantry so the job was done for them before the parents arrived home from work!

DRY CLEANING RESCUE

A gentleman with a career that took him out of town frequently hired us to run his regular errands. This often involved picking up and dropping off dry cleaning, picking up items from the tailor, waiting in line at the farmer’s market for his favorite jars of jam, and delivering them to his house.

OUT OF TOWN EMERGENCY

A couple went to visit family out of the province. While visiting, an unexpected death occured in the extended family. Dealing with the estate took months, and during that time we provided the couple with grass cutting, trimming, pulling weeds and watering their garden and grass.

SEASONAL CLOTHING

A family we provided several organizing sessions for in the past was quite overwhelmed with back to school and getting organized with shopping for supplies, decluttering wardrobes, and getting the mudroom ready for fall/winter. We were provided an organizing session for the seasonal changeover which the family was so thankful for!

HOUSE FOR SALE

A couple with a newborn had their home listed for sale and needed help getting ready for house showings. We took the lead with decluttering and packing up things that were less commonly used. They were so grateful to have someone else to do the project planning for them while they were tired and busy with their new little baby girl!

HOW TO USE YOUR WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP

Set a consistent schedule to have an assistant work for you 2 or 4 times each week.

Visits can be 90 minutes, 2 hours or 3 hours. 3 Hour visits are only available at 9:00 and 9:30 am.

2. PHONE CONSULT

A 15-20 minute phone call to get a better understanding of your needs and make sure our services are the right fit for you!

3. SIGNING FORMS

You will receive our terms and conditions form which requires an e-signature.

4. PAYMENT AND BOOKING

You will receive an invoice by email and once we receive your payment, you may book your first session! We are so excited to serve you!

5. FIRST SESSION

Membership clients, please be prepared to be present for at least 30 minutes during the first session for a quick home tour and to show us the ropes so we can take notes, confirm your top priorities and establish an efficient routine so we can serve you in the best way possible!
